Coastal Karate strives to teach children and adults in a Christian environment.  We offer many classes from age 3 and up.  Coastal Karate has served Mt Pleasant since 1999.  Coastal Karate was originally established by Mr Rick and Ms Angel Wilcome, now owned and operated by Mr John and Ms Laura Simpson.  Coastal Karate has participated in regional tournaments, and trained students  on all levels.

The instructors are also parents, and understand the needs of children of all types.  Ms. Laura provides a positive and encouraging environment, while balancing the importance of setting and reaching goals.  We are experienced martial artists who understand our work.  We know how important goals are, and help students achieve them, both in and out of the training hall.
